HOA Disclosure Packet Request
Congratulations on entering a purchase in our neighborhood. There is an HOA known as BPOA. Buyers must agree to the Bylaws and Covenants before closing. Annual assessments (dues) apply. Currently, they are $600 annually, due each January.
Below is the required information to receive a disclosure packet.
- After the form is completed, please expect a response within 24 hours.
- If there is not a second buyer, enter “N/A” in the applicable fields.
